Do you hate your job?

I use to way before this "economic crisis", but I prayed about it last year and now God has given me a new "perspective".

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, for the month of September 159,000 people lost their jobs. That brings the total of unemployed Americans to a whopping 760,000 for the year of 2008. So if you still "hate" your job, step aside and let someone else have it.

I don't know about you, but I'm going to get back to work...

Happy Monday! There are some many wonderful memories that this place holds for me. Knowing that our jobs will be gone, and the building sold makes for a heavy atmosphere some days. For those occasions I need more prayer, praise (Israel & New Breed, Lisa McClendon), and Worship (Mary Alessi, Marvin Sapp, Martha Munizzi).
Along with that I try to do two other things.
1) And whatsoever I do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;
2) Remember the people at home and here that need light.

Ok back to work for me

You know what? You are absolutely right! A lot of us spend a lot of time complaining about how what we have is not when we want when there are others that would jump at the chance to be in our positions. This is a good reminder that in all things we are to give thanks.

Hey lady, I am still catching up with things and I just read this. You are absolutely right! I need to stop complaining because right now my job is secure. Praise God for that and I ask God to help those who are out of work. I am also continuely praying for your safety as you do your job. I have so much to be thankful for - PEACE ;-)
